This guide walks you through setting up your Storefront on Packet Africa — the online store where you can sell physical merchandise, apparel, digital downloads, and courses. Products and shipping are configured after the store is created.
Before you begin
- You need an active Packet Africa organizer account at app.packetafrica.com.
- Have your store logo and brand color ready before starting.
Step 1: Open the Storefront Builder
- Log in to app.packetafrica.com.
- On the left sidebar, click Storefront.
- If you don’t have a store yet, click Create New Store.
Step 2: Enter Your Store Details
Fill in the following fields:
- Store Name — the public trade name of your brand.
- Store Slug — your personalized store URL:
packetafrica.com/store/your-store-handle. The platform checks availability in real time as you type. - Description — your brand bio, mission statement, and customer service guarantees.
- Brand Color — pick a primary accent color (hex code) to style your public storefront.
- Store Logo — upload a square logo file, or select one from your Image Wardrobe.
- Social Media Profiles — connect your X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website.
Click Create Store.
What happens next
You’ll be taken directly to your Store Management Dashboard at packetafrica.com/dashboard/store/:storeId, with four tabs:
